How EazeAccounts collects, uses, and protects the data you share with us.

What we collect
Account information you give us (name, email, business details), data you connect through Plaid or Stripe (read-only bank and payment activity), and basic site analytics. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To operate the EazeAccounts software and services you sign up for, to run our bookkeeping/tax/payroll workflows, and to improve the product. EazeAI is designed so business financial data is not used to train public AI models.
Who can see it
Only the service team explicitly assigned to your account, plus the third-party processors we use to deliver the service (AWS, Plaid, Stripe). Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us at hello@eazeaccounts.com and we will respond within 30 days.
