How we handle your data
AWS infrastructure
EazeAccounts runs on AWS in the United States. Database backups, key management, and isolated compute are managed by AWS.
Plaid for bank connections
We use Plaid for read-only bank access. EazeAccounts never sees your banking credentials.
Stripe for payments
Card and ACH flows are powered by Stripe. PCI-sensitive data does not touch EazeAccounts servers.
Role-based access
Granular permissions for owners, finance team, accountants, and partner firms — only the access each person needs.
Audit-friendly activity logs
Every meaningful change is logged with an actor, timestamp, and resource — useful for reviews and IRS notices alike.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All connections use TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
